Managing two (2) projects simultaneously to redesign the way parking services are handled in Nigeria. I work closely with a small team—one backend developer, one web engineer, one mobile engineer, and a project manager—to design ParkinSpace, a mobile app for intuitive parking solutions, and MANAGR, a web platform for staff and inventory management. I also lead the ongoing redesign of the company website to improve usability and modernize its visual identity.
